Fall Affair (Standard Edition)

She’s counting down the days until she can leave Tuscany. He’s determined to give her a reason to stay.

Allegra Bianchi doesn’t travel to Tuscany looking for romance—or a fresh start.

She’s escaping New York, her ex’s new relationship, and a career that fell apart after she was passed over for partner. Her plan is straightforward: settle her eccentric Italian grandmother’s estate, sell everything she can, and get back to the life she worked so hard to build.

Then she discovers the fine print in her grandmother’s will.

If Allegra wants her inheritance, she must live in Tuscany and run her grandmother’s crumbling antique shop for three months.

And then there’s Matteo Lucchese.

The handsome, stubborn winemaker leases her family’s vineyard land and seems completely unimpressed by Allegra’s fast-paced New York attitude. Matteo believes in taking his time, staying rooted, and enjoying the life directly in front of him—basically everything Allegra has forgotten how to do.

They clash almost immediately.

But as three months in Tuscany begin to change Allegra, so does the man next door.

Surrounded by vineyards, family history, and a slower way of life, Allegra begins questioning whether the future she was so desperate to return to is really the future she wants.

And falling for Matteo was definitely never part of the plan.

Warm, romantic, and transportive, The Fall Affair is a contemporary romance about starting over, slowing down, and discovering that sometimes the life you never planned is exactly where you belong.

Perfect for readers who love: Italian settings, vineyard romances, opposites attract, forced proximity, small-town charm, fresh starts, inheritance stories, handsome winemakers, cozy fall romance, and destination reads.
